Breaking News: Noose of rules on the social media platform
Latest Updated 25/11/2023: Showing seriousness in the deepfake case, the Central Government has once again instructed social media platforms to strictly follow the IT rules. The government is also going to create a platform through which there will be a provision for filing FIR if no action is taken on the user's complaint in such cases.
Rajiv Chandrashekhar, Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology in the Central Government, shared this information after talking to representatives of social media platforms on Friday. He said the government will help people in filing FIRs against social media platforms.
