Latest Updated 04/11/2023: ACB has registered a PE against the then District Education Officer of Koderma and two employees of his office. ACB has registered PE and started investigation into irregularities in teacher reinstatement scam. In PE, DEO Purendra Vikram Shahi, Principal Assistant Ajit Kumar, Assistant Dharmendra Kumar Shahi have been made accused.
The government has been asked to file its reply through an affidavit.
When will the Chairman of the Dedicated Commission be appointed? The next hearing date in the case was fixed for 8 November.
