1598 employees of BCCL Jharkhand got promotion latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 02/11/2023: On Wednesday, on the 49th foundation day of Coal India, about 1600 employees of BCCL were promoted. Promotion of 1598 employees was announced in the program organized at Koyala Bhawan on the Foundation Day. It was also said that some more promotion cases are in the process, which will be finalized within two-three days.

130 employees posted at BCCL headquarters have got promotion. On the occasion, Director Technology Uday Anant Kanwal congratulated the employees and said that the company is moving on the path of progress. BCCL is undergoing all-round development. New washeries are being constructed. There is a resolution to take forward the solar power project from 20 to 25 MW. After achieving the target last year with 19 growth, the company is dedicated to going beyond the target this year. He said that everyone from the common laborer to the top executives of the company have contributed to the success of the company. The foundation day of Coal India was celebrated with great pomp in BCCL. At 7.30 in the morning, morning procession was taken out from the main gate of Koyala Bhawan. Koyla Nagar was visited via Martyr Memorial. Director Technical (Operations) Uday Anant Kawale, Director (Finance) Rakesh Sahay, Director (Projects and Planning) Sanjay Singh, Chief Vigilance Officer Aman Raj and CISF Deputy Inspector General Vinay Kajla along with General Managers and Heads of Departments of various departments of the Headquarters, at Koyla Nagar. Paid tribute at the martyr's memorial.
After this, wreaths were placed on the worker statue located at the main entrance of Koyala Bhawan. Director Technical (Operations) hoisted the flag of Coal India. Coal India corporate songs were sung. Various employees and officers of the headquarters including General Manager Vidyut Saha, General Manager (Finance) Vikram Ghosh, General Manager (Co-ordination) Dhanraj Akhere, Head of Department (Administration) Surendra Bhushan, Saroj Pandey, Head of Department (Welfare) Nirmala Kiran were present on the occasion.
