Breaking News: India England World Cup 2023 Match tickets are being sold through fake websites
Latest Updated 24/10/2023: Spectators struggling to get tickets for the World Cup cricket match to be held between India and England on 29 October at Ekana Stadium should be careful. Tickets for this match are still being sold on a website. This website has been found to be fake in initial investigation.
This came to light when JCP Law and Order Upendra Kumar Aggarwal investigated the matter on a confidential complaint. JCP has written a letter to ICC and BCCI in this regard. ICC has also called it fake. Police say that an FIR will be lodged after receiving the complaint from BCCI. It is not yet known how many tickets have been sold through the fake website. JCP said that only Book My Show has been authorized to sell tickets online.
