Breaking News: Becomes government doctor after doing MBBS fraudulently by VCSG Medical College Srinagar
Latest Updated 22/10/2023: A case has been registered against a government doctor for fraudulently taking admission in MBBS and studying in Veer Chandrasingh Garhwali Government Medical College, Srinagar. This accused doctor, who passed out in the year 2014-2015, is currently working as EMO in Pithoragarh District Hospital.
Passed MBBS entrance in 2010 by appointing someone else in his place
According to the police, Mohammad Naseem, resident of Natha Singh Ward-2, Jaspur, Udhamsinghnagar, had sent a letter to Srinagar Medical College complaining that Dr. Aman Alam, son of Zahid Alam, resident of Jaspur, had taken admission in MBBS fraudulently in the year 2010. . To get admission, he passed the Uttarakhand Pre-Medical Test (UPMT) by replacing someone else in his place. In this matter, in the month of August last, a complaint letter was sent by the Medical College Administration to Kotwali Srinagar requesting for investigation.
- The accused, a resident of Jaspur, is posted as EMO in Pithoragarh District Hospital.
Kotwali Inspector Vinod Gusain said that the matter was investigated by outpost in-charge Srikot SI Laxman Singh Kunwar, in which the complaint was found to be true. After studies, from the year 2015, accused Aman started serving as a government doctor in Pithoragarh district. The investigating officer has registered a case of fraud and deceit against the accused. According to Dr. JS Nabiyal, PMS of the District Hospital, Dr. Aman is posted as EMO in the District Hospital, investigation is going on at the highest level. Whatever decision comes next, the decision will be taken accordingly.
