Aman Anand is a resident of Barh area of Patna district. His father is a teacher. During the conversation of 'Amar Ujala', Aman said that he got the formula for success in any exam from his father only. I was able to reach here only after receiving the guidance and blessings of my parents and teachers. I also thank to the BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad very much. He conducted such a fair examination. No other state's Public Service Commission has given such a clear result. I want to serve Bihar. I will give UPSC exam next. Next target is to become an IAS.
Question- Where did you study from?
Aman Anand- I did B.Tech from NSI, Delhi. I had an IT trade.
Question- Didn't work in IT sector?
Aman Anand – No.
Question: When did the idea of joining administrative service arise?
Aman Anand – During his college days. In the 4th semester itself, I had made up my mind to prepare for the Civil Services Examination.
Question - Where did you prepare?
Aman Anand- Staying in Delhi.
Question: Did you take coaching anywhere?
Aman Anand- No, nowhere. Did self study. Prepared all the notes myself. Used to study online.
Question: What was the optional subject?
Aman Anand- Sociology
Question- What was this attempt number?
Aman Anand - 3rd, the first attempt went in the trial itself. The 2nd rank was 52 i.e. 66th. So I gave BPSC again. This time stood first.
Question: How much time did you spend daily in studies?
Aman Anand - Used to study for an average of 7 to 8 hours daily.
Question - What questions were asked in the interview?
Aman Anand – Normal questions were asked in the interview. Talked a lot about things happening around us. It was a very good interview. He was checking my depth. The simple pattern is that you should answer only where you are sure. Where you don't know, don't guess. There is a risk of further entanglement in answer.
Question: What do you want to do next?
Aman Anand- The next target is to become an IAS officer by passing the UPSC exam.
Question- What message will you give to the applicants preparing for BPSC?
Aman Anand- To pass the BPSC Exam, firstly your basic should be clear. Study NCERT books. Avoid rumours. Make perfect notes. You can get results even by studying for 7 to 8 hours daily.
