7 IPS became election observers in Vis (Vidhansabha) elections latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 07/10/2023: Seven IPS officers of the state have been made election observers for the assembly elections to be held in different states of the country. ADG Tadasha Mishra, Suman Gupta, SP rank officers YS Ramesh, Shailendra Kumar Varnwal, Dhananjay Singh, Karthik S and Mohd Arshi have been made observers.

These officers will be involved in election work in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Mizoram and Telangana. On Friday, these officers were given a briefing on election work in New Delhi. After the election code of conduct is imposed in these states, they will contribute till the completion of the election work.
