Warrant against two including Secretary of Dhanbad Coal Board latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 26/09/2023: The court has issued a non-bailable warrant against former secretary Amarendra Chaudhary and employee Ranjan Sinha in the scam worth crores in Dhanbad Coal Board Co-operative Credit Society.
An FIR was registered against both of them at Saraidhela police station in 2015. The police have filed a charge sheet in the court holding both of them guilty of embezzlement. Challenging the police FIR, Amarendra and other accused had filed a petition in the High Court.
