Latest Updated 14 /09/2023: The High Court has given interim instructions to those above 35 years of age to fill the form for the Civil Judge (Junior Division) recruitment examination. The court of Chief Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra and Justice Anand Sen directed JPSC to include the candidates in the examination after filling the form.
During the hearing of a petition, the court said that the examination result of the candidates will be affected by the final order in the case. Only those who have filed a petition in the High Court will be exempted from filling the form. Everyone has been instructed to submit offline forms by 21st September.

Abhishek Kumar and others have filed a petition in this regard. The petition states that the final examination of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the state was held in the year 2018.
This time when the advertisement came out, the age limit was fixed from January 2023. According to the rules, the examination should be held every year, but since the examination is held after five years, there should be relaxation in the age limit. The government should give relaxation of five years in the age limit.
After the hearing, the court gave interim instructions to all the candidates to fill the form.
Petition filed against reservation
Another petition has been filed in the High Court against giving 50 percent reservation to para teachers in the appointment of Assistant Professor. This petition has been filed by Veena Varnwal, teacher of Kasturba Gandhi Residential School and others.
After a partial hearing on Wednesday, the court directed the government, Jharkhand Education Project and JSSC to file their reply and tagged this petition with the petition filed earlier by BRP-CRP and fixed November 28 for hearing.
In the petition, the rules of 2023 have been described as wrong.
