Latest Updated 12/09/2023: Bihar State Gram Kachari Sachiv Association held a grand protest in Gardanibagh on Monday. Under the leadership of State President Gorakhlal Yadav, a demonstration was held with 8-point demands.
The demands of the union include increasing the honorarium amount from Rs 6,000 to Rs 30,000, increase in honorarium every year, making the service permanent by implementing the recommendations of the high level committee, operating the EPF benefits and account, adjustment of Gram Kachari Secretary affected by the municipal body. This includes providing compassionate benefits and immediate payment of outstanding honorarium.
The organization's delegation handed over the demand letter to Chief Minister's Deputy Secretary Manoj Kumar. Anand Mohan Harit, Sanjay Pandey, Harendra Prasad, Santosh Gupta, Garima Gaurav, Geeta Kumari, Shiv Shankar Mahato, Dolly Kumari, Pinky, Sarita etc. were present on the occasion.
