Latest Updated 14/09/2023: There is a preparation to establish a command center to stop corruption in the schemes of the State Social Welfare Department and to develop the supervisors of the department as an enforcement unit. IPS officer Aseem Arun, who has been battling criminals for a long time, has taken this initiative after becoming the Social Welfare Minister to effectively curb corruption in the schemes of the department.
Now preparations have been made to open a command office to completely eliminate corruption in schemes like scholarship, old age pension, marriage grant, family benefit scheme etc.
