163 crore rupees approved for buildings in PU Patna University latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 21/09/2023: A total administrative approval of Rs 163 crore has been given for the construction of Science Block (G plus seven), new girls hostel (G plus nine) and employee accommodation (G plus three) in Patna University. Rs 62.88 crore will be spent on the construction of Science Block, more than Rs 100 crore will be spent on Girls Hostel Block and Staff Quarters.
These will be constructed by Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation. Similarly, the Education Department has approved spending Rs 25 lakh for various construction works in Government Women's College, Gardanibagh, Patna.
