Application starts, there will be 150 questions in BSEB Bihar Board STET latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 10/08/2023: Bihar Board has released the date of online application for Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2023 on Wednesday. Candidates can fill the online application till 23 August.

150 objective type questions will be asked in the exam. One mark will be given for the correct answer to all the questions. All the questions will be multiple choice in the 2.30 hour exam. The exam will be online at computer centers across the state. In this, Paper-I will be held for Secondary Class (IX and X) and Paper-II for Senior Secondary Class (11th and 12th). This time STET will be taken for a total of 44 subjects including two papers. The information about date and shift will be given to the candidates from the admit card. It is known that there is no negative marking in the exam.

Rs 1440 fee for general category and Rs 1440 for general, economically backward and extremely backward category candidates will have to be deposited online. On the other hand, the fee for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Divyang is fixed at Rs 1140. Paper-I and Paper-II will be conducted for 150 marks. There will be questions of 100 marks related to the subject of the candidate. At the same time, questions will be asked from the subject of teaching art and other competencies of 50 marks.
Examination of these subjects for secondary class will be general subjects - Hindi, Urdu, Bangla, Maithili, Sanskrit, Arabic, Persian, Bhojpuri, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science Physical Education, Fine Arts, Dance.
