First recruitment to LT selected in remote by UKSSSC latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 03/08/2023: 228 assistant teachers selected from the LT recruitment examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission will be given first posting in remote areas. While the recruitment process will be started afresh for 262 posts of Assistant Teacher Arts.
Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh told on Wednesday that the commission has almost completed the recruitment process of assistant teachers. 228 newly selected assistant teachers of various subjects will be appointed within a month. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will hand over the appointment letters to the selected teachers. Dr. Rawat said, the department will get the final list of selected candidates soon.

This includes Hindi 69, Science 38, Mathematics 36, English 35, Exercise 24, General 12, Sanskrit 6, Home Science 4 and 1-1 post of Commerce, Music, Urdu and Punjabi subjects. Dr. Rawat said that before this, 917 assistant teachers of various subjects selected by the commission have been given postings against vacant posts in schools. Whereas, as per the order of the Uttarakhand High Court, the recruitment of assistant teachers on 262 vacant posts in arts subject will be started afresh.
Document verification in graduate recruitment from 16 August
The commission has started the process of document verification for successful youth in graduate level recruitment. Commission Secretary SS Rawat informed that the document verification will be conducted from August 16 to September 13. Similarly, releasing the fifth merit list for the vacant posts of Junior Assistant Engineer in Drinking Water Corporation, the date of September 19 has been fixed for verification.
