Admission of 79 students in MBBS from state quota in 2 days in SNMMCH Dhanbad latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 09/08/2023: On Tuesday, the third and last day of the first round of admission from state quota in SNMMCH, 50 students got enrolled in MBBS. After nomination, 79 out of 83 state quota seats have been filled. Now only four seats are left vacant. Let us tell you that the first round enrollment in MBBS from state quota starts from Sunday. 29 students got enrolled from this quota on Monday and 50 students got enrolled on Tuesday. Due to this, there was a crowd of students and family members in the medical college since Tuesday morning.
Enrollment continued till late evening. Apart from Admission Incharge Dr. Ganesh Kumar and his team, separate employees had to be engaged to complete the enrollment process of the students. Only then all the reporting students were enrolled. This year, nominations are being done for 100 MBBS seats, out of which 83 seats are of state quota, 15 seats are of All India quota and two seats are of central nominee quota. The four vacant seats in the state quota are likely to be filled in the second round. Four students enrolled in the first round against the All India Quota. At present 11 seats of this quota are vacant.
