2.67 lakh applications for BPSC 69th Civil Services Prelims Exam latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 10/08/2023: The last date of application for the 69th Civil Services Preliminary Examination of Bihar Public Service ended on Wednesday. Two lakh 67 thousand candidates have applied. It may be known that 442 posts are to be appointed. The preliminary exam is likely to be held on 30 September. There will be negative marking.
If seen in terms of competition, there will be competition among 604 candidates for one seat. This time the applications have come less than before. However, due to non-availability of vacancies in some good departments, the number of applications is less.

Bihar Public Service Commission Secretary Ravi Bhushan told that now the date of application will not be extended. The commission will conduct the examination at the scheduled time. There will be no need to set up more examination centers due to less applications.
