62 objections to BPL Admission in camp in the public schools of Jharkhand, inquiry committee formed again latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 11/07/2023: In the camp organized for BPL Admission in public schools of the district, only 62 objection related applications were submitted by the parents. District RTE Cell has started investigation related to the objection of the applicants. On the other hand, as per the instructions of the Jharkhand State Child Rights Protection Commission, a committee has been constituted to investigate the complaints received.
The inquiry committee includes REO Baghmara Gautam Kumar Sahu, Vijay Kumar ADPO Vijay Kumar, Circle Marandi BEEO Dhanbad and Manoj Kumar Ravani Clerk. DSE Bhootnath Rajwar has said in the order issued that following the instructions of the Commission, complete the investigation process as soon as possible and submit the report.
Sources say that on the instructions of the commission, the DSE has removed two CRPs deputed to measure the distance from home to school. Two other CRPs have been authorized in place of both the CRPs. I have been asked to hand over the relevant file.
DSE Seats will not remain vacant in schools
DSE cum RTE Nodal Officer Bhootnath Rajwar said that seats related to BPL enrollment in public schools will not remain vacant. A committee has been formed to investigate the complaints received from the parents. The complaint related to distance from school to home is being investigated. Most of the parents' complaints are being misconstrued. The investigation is being done in front of the parents. The signature of the concerned parent is also being taken. As per the instructions of the commission, the nomination will be taken after completing the investigation. After that, a letter will be issued again for nomination on vacant seats.
