Order released to implement Coal Wage Agreement-11 in Jharkhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 23/06/2023: Coal India has issued an order to implement Coal Wage Settlement-11 on Thursday. Coal India has written to the CMDs of all subsidiary companies asking them to pay the increased wages. Coal workers will get increased salary from July.
- 32 thousand maximum and 9 thousand minimum increase
Coal India Director Personnel Vinay Ranjan has released the letter. He is the member secretary of JBCCI. After getting the approval of DPE, the implementation order was issued. Sources said that the arrears would be paid in two-three instalments. However, there is no clear instruction on this yet. DPE has given approval with caveat.
In the approval given by DPE, it was written that further follow the guidelines of DPE. The union leaders have thanked the Coal India chairman for issuing the implementation order for the wage settlement.
