Candidates from other states will apply in general category. They will not get other facilities including reservation available to the candidates of the state. On amendment in the rules, Education Minister Prof. Chandrasekhar said that candidates are not available in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English and the seats remain vacant. Hence the amendment has been made. This will give a chance to the eligible candidates of other states.


Now people from all over the country will be eligible for the appointment of teachers in Bihar. Because, the state cabinet has removed the requirement of being a permanent resident of Bihar to join teacher recruitment. For this, changes have been made in the teacher appointment rules. Now eligible candidates of any state will be able to apply for teacher in Bihar. The proposal was approved in the state cabinet meeting chaired by CM Nitish Kumar on Tuesday.

Additional Chief Secretary, Cabinet Department, Dr. Siddharth said that the cabinet has abolished the requirement of being a permanent resident of Bihar under the Bihar School Teacher (Appointment, Transfer and Service Condition) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. Three five star hotels will be built in Patna in PPP mode


In order to provide modern accommodation to the tourists, approval was given for the construction and operation of Hotel Pataliputra Ashok, Bankipur Bus Stand Complex and a five-star hotel on the land of Sultan Palace. It will be constructed in PPP mode under the provisions of the Infrastructure Development Enabling (Amendment) Act 2023.


There will be an agreement with the center for smart PDS


The Cabinet gave its consent to implement Smart PDS System in the state for technical modernization of Targeted Public Distribution System operated under the National Food Security Act, 2013. In this, the proposal of NOU has been approved from the Center to implement Smart PDS to provide ration to the selected families under Public Distribution System between April 2023 and March 2026. After this, the facility of getting material from a single ration card in the whole country will be more easy. Actually, One Nation-One Ration Card scheme is already in force. But smart system has been brought in to operate it better. 



1.78 lakh teachers to be reinstated from BPSC


826 new posts will be restored

 

Appointment to 826 posts was also approved. A total of 675 posts including 593 lower class clerks, 42 upper class clerks, 31 head clerks and nine office superintendents were created in the regional offices of the Panchayati Raj Department. Whereas, there will be recruitment on 151 posts in the Directorate of Soil Conservation.
