Court summons mastermind in UP Scholarship Scam latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 06/06/2023: Police has also applied for taking Ravi Prakash Gupta, an employee of Hyjia College of Pharmacy, on remand in the case registered in Hazratganj in connection with the scam of scholarship given to weaker category students.
On this application given on Monday, the court has summoned Ravi Prakash on Tuesday. In this case too, after getting the remand, the police will also apply for their custody remand. ED has filed a case against mastermind Ravi Prakash. He was also arrested by the ED itself. After this, on 30 March, SSI Dayashankar Dwivedi lodged an FIR in this matter at Hazratganj Kotwali.
