Latest Updated 23/06/2023: Bihar Public Service Commission has changed the date of teacher appointment exam. Due to CTET, the exam to be held on 19th and 20th August will now be held on 24th and 25th August. CTET is on 20th August. For this cause this change has been made. At the same time, teacher candidates were also continuously demanding to change the date.
Commission's Secretary Ravi Bhushan Kumar said that the date of teacher appointment examination to be held on August 19 and 20 has been changed. Now, this exam will be held on 24 and 25 August in the interest of the students. The BPSC had earlier fixed the exam date for teacher appointment on August 19, 20, 26 and 27.

The examination on August 26 and 27 will be held as per the pre-determined schedule. A total of 1,70,461 posts are to be restored in teacher recruitment. He told that so far 23,569 candidates have registered. At the same time, the process of filling more than 12 thousand applications has been completed. The last date to apply for it is 12 July.
