GoFirst cancels flights till 28 May latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 27/05/2023: GoFirst, which is stuck in financial crisis, has canceled its flights till 28 May. Earlier, citing operational reasons, it was announced to suspend the flight operations till 26 May. The airline had expressed hope that it would be able to resume bookings shortly. GoFirst, which is facing voluntary insolvency proceedings, has been grounded since the 3rd of this month.
The company had said in its bankruptcy petition that it was facing huge financial crisis. Following insolvency petition, DGCA had released a show reasonable notice to the airline asking why its license should not be canceled for failure to operate flights.
