District wise posts fixed for recruitment of teachers by BPSC latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 07/05/2023: District-wise posts have been fixed regarding the appointment of school teachers. These have also been allotted to respective districts. Now category-wise reservation demand has been sought along with roster clearance for direct recruitment to the posts allotted to the districts. Subject wise reservation roster for school teachers from 9th to 12th Class will be corroborated at the district level. The recruitment process of 1.78 lakh teachers is going on in the Bihar.
On Saturday, Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava which is Director of Secondary Education has asked all the districts to give reservation category wise requisition along with roster clearance soon. In fact, the requisition for direct appointment to the post of school teacher has to be sent by the Education Department to the Bihar Public Service Commission. The department has authorized the vacancy of 33 thousand 186 school teachers for 9 & 10 Classes & 57 thousand 618 school teachers for 11 & 12 Classes.

- Requisition for reinstatement will be sent to BPSC after receiving reports from the districts.

With the exception of, the process of recruitment to 79943 vacancies from 1st to 5th & 1745 vacancies from 6th to 8th has also been beganed. The recruitment process will be complete as per the provision of Bihar State School Teacher (Recruitment, Disciplinary Action, Transfer & Service Conditions) Rules, 2023.
