NTA NEET UG 2023 application form date extended till 13 April latest news update

Latest Updated 11/04/2023: National Testing Agency (NTA) has given one more chance to the students to appear in NEET. Thousands of students had requested the NTA to extend the date. After this, NTA has extended the chance of applying for admission to MBBS seats in medical colleges till 13 April.


The registration window for NEET UG 2023 will be reopened from Tuesday. The last date to apply for the exam has been extended till 11:30 PM on 13th April. Those students who were deprived of the application can apply online by visiting the website neet.nta.nic.in .

NEET UG Exam will be conduct on 7 May


NTA's Senior Director (Examination) Dr. Sadhna Parasar said that the registration window will be opened again for the candidates to apply for NEET UG-2023. NEET UG 2023 is to be held on 7 May from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The exam will be held in 499 cities. General category will have to pay Rs 1700, EWS and OBC Rs 1600 and SC, ST category students will have to pay Rs 1000. The exam will be conduct in 13 languages. There will be 200 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry & Biology. There will be 50 questions in each subject divided into two sections (A and B).

A new record has been created in the number of candidates appearing in the medical entrance examination NEET UG-2023. The application process for the exam ended on 6 April. This year more than 21.10 lakh students have applied. Now after getting a special chance of three days, the number of applications is expected to increase significantly. Last year 18 lakh 72 thousand candidates had applied for NEET. More than one lakh students from Bihar have also applied.
