Latest Updated 28/04/2023: There will be recruitment on 75 posts of JE in Irrigation Department. The government has re-approved the posts of JE canceled last year on the basis of departmental requirement. Irrigation Secretary Harichand Semwal confirmed this. He told that the proposal for recruitment has also been sent to the Public Service Commission.
Last year, recruitment was started on 228 posts of JE in the Irrigation Department. But these posts were withdrawn before the final examination. The unemployed were protesting against the government's decision. According to sources, the state government had formed a committee headed by ACS-Finance Anandvardhan to examine the canceled posts in various departments.
