BSEB Bihar Board 12th Admission: 2.40 lakh seats increased latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 06/04/2023: Due to the upgradation of schools, this time 2.40 lakh seats have been increased in Inter. After this, the number of inter (12th) seats across the state has increased to more than 25 lakhs. This time 3165 new schools have been added for admission. Bihar Board has upgraded 3165 schools of secondary across the state to the higher secondary schools. All schools will have science & arts stream. These schools will have one section each of science & arts. 40-40 students will be registered in both the faculties.
From 2023 to 2025, the number of seats has increased to more than 25 lakhs
Matric results have been released & Bihar Board has started preparations for inter admission. Talking about Patna district, this time 100 new schools have been provide 11th standard code. The board will soon put the district wise list of colleges & schools on the OFSS portal for inter admission. This time there will be process of admission in total 10917 schools and colleges. In the year 2022, 7752 schools & colleges were registered in Inter. In the year 2021, there were admissions in 3564 schools and colleges. At the Panchayat level, 2948 new schools were upgraded up to class 9th & 10th under the school scheme in every panchayat, so that the students get the facility of plus two schools.
