Urge the court to monitor the investigation in the UKPSC UKSSSC Recruitment Scam latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 01/03/2023: The Home Department has recommended to the High Court that the investigation into recruitment scams in Uttarakhand should be conducted under the supervision of the sitting judge of the High Court. Now an advance decision will be taken in this matter by the High Court. This includes investigation of six different recruitment scams going on under SIT and STF.
On February 10, the government had decided to hand over the supervision of the investigation of scams to the sitting judge of the High Court. In this sequence, a letter has now been sent to the High Court Registrar on behalf of Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi. Accepting the letter, the decision to appoint a judge for this is now to be taken by the High Court. Presently SIT headed by Haridwar SSP is probing Patwari recruitment as well as JE-AE recruitment of Public Service Commission.

Whereas in Doon, STF is probing UKTriple SC's VPDO, graduate level, secretariat guard and forest inspector recruitment. In this way, the supervision of these six examinations will now be under the control of the High Court. After the monitoring of the court, the investigation teams will present the progress report directly before the court.
