Scholarship to the least number of students in 12th and the maximum number of students in 9th for Government Schools of Jharkhand latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 10/03/2023: Chief Minister's special scholarship will be paid to the general category students studying in government schools of Jharkhand this month. School Education & Literacy Department is preparing for this. In this, maximum 15,149 students of class IX will get the amount of scholarship, while the minimum of 11,122 students of class XII will be given the benefit of scholarship.
Students of classes I to IV will get Rs 500, Rs 1000 for class V-VI, Rs 1500 for class VII-X and Rs 2300 for class 11-12 students. All those students of the general category studying in class 1st to 12th who are not getting any other scholarship will be given the benefit of Chief Minister's Special Scholarship. The names of all the selected students are to be uploaded by Friday and after that the amount will be given directly to their bank account through DBT.

- 5th-6th will get 1000 rupees, 7th-10th will get 1500 rupees

Online applications will be taken for post matric scholarship in Jharkhand from Friday. Educational institutions have been registered on the e-Kalyan portal. Students will be able to apply online for the academic session 2022-23. Students will be able to apply till March 17. Along with this, this application will also be verified by the concerned educational institution by March 18. The amount of pre matric and post matric scholarship has been increased after 2014. Equal amount will be paid for Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes in pre-matric and post-matric scholarship. 1500 to 4500 rupees will be given class wise in pre matriculation. About 30 lakh students will be benefited by this.
