The Education Department has also started initiatives in this direction. There is a plan to complete the target by March 2024. Kasturba Gandhi School has been established in the state to provide better education to the girls belonging to weaker sections.

SC, ST, Backward class, BPL, Muslim girls are studying here. Here those girls had to make arrangements for better education and make them eligible for high schools. To achieve this objective, the government also made arrangements at every level. Better results also came out of this. Seeing this success, the government decided to extend all the schools up to class 12th.
