Preparation for inter evaluation completed in the state, appointment of examiners

Latest Updated 22/02/2023: 125 evaluations have been made across the state for intermediate copy checking and 315 evaluations for matriculation. CCTV cameras have been installed at every evaluation center. Examiners have been appointed for evaluation. The appointment letter to all the examiners has been sent by the Bihar Board to the concerned District Education Office. The appointment letter will be downloaded by the District Education Office and given to the examiners. With this appointment letter, the examiner will contribute to the assessment center.


According to the Bihar Board, the Inter evaluation will run from February 24 to March 6. For this, the work of delivering answer books to all the evaluation centers is in the final stage. It is mandatory for all testers to contribute on 23rd February. The evaluation will be done in two shifts. One will start at eight in the morning and the other at one o'clock. Every day an examiner has to check 25 to 30 answer books. The entry of marks from the evaluated copy will be done by the MPP on the same day. For this, MPP has been appointed by the board at every evaluation center.

Matric evaluation likely to start after Holi


The matriculation examination will end on February 22. After this, the annual examination of ninth will be held from 24 to 27 February & the Inter evaluation will continue till 6 March. After this, there will be a holiday for Holi from 7 to 9 March. Matric evaluation can be started before Holi or after Holi.


11 centers for Inter and 11 for matriculation in Patna


Intermediate and matriculation will be evaluated at the district headquarters. Six evaluation centers for Inter and 11 for matriculation have been set up in Patna district headquarters. Four to five evaluation centers have been set up for Inter in the remaining districts. All the evaluation centers have been set subject wise.


Matric exam 22 expelled, 16 fake caught


Patna Mother tongue test was taken on the fifth day of matriculation annual examination. 22 examinees were expelled from across the state on charges of cheating. There, 16 fake candidates were caught. Maximum four fakes were caught from Nalanda and Madhepura districts. While six candidates were expelled from Gopalganj, five from Saran, three from Nalanda, one from Bhojpur, one from Darbhanga, two from Madhubani, one from Madhepura, two from Bhagalpur and one from Araria. At the same time, two fake candidates were caught from Khagaria, one each from Vaishali, Jehanabad, Nawada, Madhubani, Banka and Jamui while giving the exam in lieu of the student. On the fifth day of examination, Board President Anand Kishore made a surprise inspection of Bankipur Girls Higher Secondary School, BN Collegiate School, Miller High School. The board chairman took the feedback of the examination from the examinees.
