Not getting honorarium due to laxity of districts

The honorarium of para teachers of the state was to be increased by four percent from January, but due to laxity in the districts, the honorarium could not be paid till now. The districts sent wrong reports, on which the Education Department has expressed displeasure. Districts have been instructed to submit reports without delay. Instructions have been given to increase the honorarium of para teachers of the districts whose certificates have been verified and their service has been confirmed by the administrative authority by four percent. On the other hand, those whose certificates have not been approved by the administrative authority even after verification, they will get the benefit after getting the approval. The education department has asked for its separate report.
