RSP College Belgaria Dhanbad: Recognition canceled by Jharkhand JAC latest news update 2023
Latest Updated 13/01/2023: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has canceled the establishment permission (recognition) of the proposed Shivchandra Prasad Ravishwari Prasad (SPRP) Women's Inter College Chirkunda Nirsa with immediate effect. There has also been a ban on taking nominations from the college from session 22-24.
According to the order, if any kind of enrollment is taken by the college, then it will be the entire responsibility of the college. The Council will not be bound to take their examination or take any kind of action. In the instructions issued by JAC, it has been said to implement this order with immediate effect. The District Education Officer's office has received this letter from JAC.

JAC has said in the issued letter that on 27 May 2019, DEO Dhanbad had recommended cancellation of the establishment permission of SPRP Women's Inter College Chirkunda. Due to the cancellation of establishment permission, mutual dispute in the management and non-fulfillment of any condition related to establishment permission, land, building, library, laboratory and teacher as per qualification has been mentioned. Due to the dispute in the college, the girl students studying in the college are being affiliated and included in the examination. Due to mutual dispute in the management, the matter is also in the High Court.
Very serious remarks have been made by the High Court towards the college. The 92nd meeting of the Council was held on 30 November 2022 to consider the recommendation of the DEO. It was unanimously decided that the establishment permission of the proposed SPRP Women's Inter College Chirkunda Nirsa is canceled with immediate effect. In the matter, District Education Officer Bhootnath Rajwar said that Jack's letter has been received. The concerned college does not have to take nomination.
