Bihar STET Commerce 2023: Application form till 17th January latest news update
Latest Updated 04/01/2023: The date of online application for Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2022 for the Faculty of Commerce has been released. Online application will be from 3 to 17 January. STET will be taken for the subjects of Business Studies, Accountancy & Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Commerce. In the 1st phase the registration of the applicant will be done & in the 2nd phase the form will be filled. User ID & Password will be sent to the student's mobile via SMS only after registration. After this students will apply through respective user id & password. As a fee, applicants belonging to general category, economically weaker sections, backward & other backward classes will have to pay 960 Rupees and SC-ST, Divyang will have to pay 780 Rupees.
The exam will be of 150 marks. STET of Commerce Faculty will be of 150 marks total. There is no negative marking. Each question will be of one mark. 2.5 hours time will be provide.
There is no teacher on the recognition of commerce Bankipur Girls Higher Secondary School has 250 seats for commerce faculty, but there is not a single teacher of commerce in the school. The same condition prevails at places like Miller High School, Patna High School, BN Collegiate High School, Patna Collegiate High School etc.
STET of commerce faculty was conduct in 2011
STET was taken by the Education Department in the year 2011 for the Faculty of Commerce but after that STET was conduct in 2019, but only Science, Arts & Language subjects were taken. STET is not organized for commerce stream.
