However, still many universities have not conducted graduation third year examination. Results are awaited in many universities. Lakhs of students aspiring for such universities will be deprived of applying for the exam.
Apart from this, students are being deprived of many competitive examinations of other states. Many competitive exams including Uttar Pradesh PCS, Madhya Pradesh PCS cannot be applied without graduation results. Patna University, LN Mithila University, Darbhanga and Patliputra University have declared the graduation results. However, the session of technical universities in the state is also running late. Two lakh students of North Bihar will not be able to take the exam
Muzaffarpur. About two lakh students of North Bihar will not be able to appear for the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination. Due to non-availability of Part-3 examination in the universities, these students were deprived of filling the BPSC form. In BRA Bihar University and Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, the examination form of Part-3 session 2019-22 has not been filled. In both the universities, only exercise is going on to fill the form. Whereas, students of Part-3 in Mithila University Darbhanga are waiting for the result. Examinations Controller of BRA Bihar University, Dr. Sanjay Kumar told that all preparations have been finalized for the examination form will be filled in this week itself. On the other hand, Dr. DP Yadav, Controller of Examinations of Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University told that the examination form will be filled soon. BRABU and Sanskrit University should have conducted the graduation part-3 examination in June itself. But, this month Part-2 result has come in BRABU and now Part-3 exam is to be taken. In Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University also Part-3 examination will be held in January. Due to the delay in the session of both the universities, the competitive examinations of the students will be missed. Apart from the Public Service Commission, the banking examination was also missed by the students. The preliminary examination of Bank PO to be taken under IBPS was done in October itself. Due to non-examination, students could not attend it. Bank SO exam is going to be held in December. Students will not be able to appear in this exam also. Due to not giving examinations, students have lost their hands from about 10,000 bank jobs. Students will now be able to appear in the examinations to be held in 2023 only.

There is almost no possibility of about 26 thousand students of this university appearing in BPSC. In BNMU also, the examination of the third section of the graduation session 2019-22 has been completed, but the evaluation has not been done. 40 thousand students will have to bear the brunt of the delay of about six months in the session. The UG 3rd semester examination for the session 2019-22 has not yet been conducted in TMBU. The session is going on with a delay of about 6 months. In this, about 30 thousand students have to appear for the third semester examination. The degree part three examination for the session 2019-22 has not yet been conducted in Munger University. Because of which about 28 thousand students will be deprived of appearing in the 68th preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission.
