Latest Updated On 01/12/2022: Four thousand candidates of Gopalganj will participate in the recruitment rally of Agniveer soldiers on the first day on Thursday. On Wednesday, dozens of candidates from different districts reached the recruitment office complaining of ID being locked. Told that the admit card has not been issued. The recruitment process will be started by queuing up the candidates from one o'clock on Wednesday. The race will start around 5:30 in the morning. Here, temporary stoppages and snack-food shops have opened in the nearby mohallas including Anand Bazar, Turha Toli, Hathi Khana, Mubarakpur. Military police have been deployed around the ground.
DM Chandrashekhar Singh, SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon and SDO Pradeep Singh inspected the recruitment site late Friday evening regarding the preparation of the recruitment rally. Along with meeting the military officers engaged in the recruitment work, took information about the preparation. The officials gave necessary instructions to their office bearers and police personnel while talking about every co-operation in peace system and fair recruitment.
