Honorarium of contractual staff nurse posted under NHM increased by 5% in UP latest news update 2022
Latest Updated 12/11/2022: There is a good news for the contractual staff nurse posted under the National Health Mission means NHM. The honorarium of staff nurse has been increased. From the financial year 2022-23, only the increased honorarium (payment) will be paid under the new system.
Under the new guide line, the staff nurse joining the job within one year will not be given the benefit of five percent increase in salary, whereas the honorarium (payment) of the staff nurse posted earlier has been increased by 5%.

Deployment in CHC, PHC ranges from community and primary health centers in rural and government sector to staff nurses in health post centers. Staff nurses posted on contract are being given honorarium according to their experience.
On the instructions of Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak, NHM had sent a proposal to increase the honorarium of the staff nurse. Under various schemes of NHM, 4699 staff nurses are posted on contract in the state. They are being provide honorarium ranging from 20013 to 29374 Rupees/Month.
