Appointment of 229 doctors canceled in UP latest news update 2022
Latest Updated 17/11/2022: The government has canceled the appointment of 229 specialist doctors who did not join even after appointment. These doctors were selected for the year 2020-21 from the State Public Service Commission. The department had also posted all these. But even after a long time, he did not take charge.
The government had changed the rules in 2020. Specialist doctors were recruited one notch higher in Level-2. The department had earlier sent the requisition of about 3600 posts to the commission. But the department could get only about 600 doctors. Of these, there were 229 who did not join even after getting the appointment. Director Administration of Medical and Health Department R.K. Raja Ganapati prepared a proposal to cancel the appointment. Which was sent by the Director General Dr. Lily Singh to the government.
