Latest Updated 24/11/2022: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday increased the number of seats in 21 districts of Uttar Pradesh by 26,458 in view of the problems being faced by the candidates due to full seats for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). However, the last date for online application was extended a day before Thursday. Earlier the total number of candidates was fixed at 5,02,748 in all 21 districts of UP. It was increased to 5,29,206 on Wednesday. All the seats that were increased were also full by 7 pm.
