Public Service Commission has kept the age limit from 18 to 28 years for the recruitment of 894 posts of Forest Guard. There are 164 vacancies for Scheduled Castes, 37 for Scheduled Tribes, 126 for Other Backward Classes, 94 for Economically Weaker Sections, 473 for Unreserved. 18 posts have been reserved for ex-servicemen of Uttarakhand, 24 for orphans of Uttarakhand, 268 for women.
