Latest Updated On 24/10/2022: Bihar Pradesh National Integrated Medical Association (NEEMA) has demanded early appointment of 3270 posts of AYUSH doctors in the state. State level conference of Neema was organized at Gyan Bhawan on Sunday. The program was inaugurated by Bihar Minister Alok Mehta and Law Minister Dr. Shamim Ahmed.

Professor Shyamsunder Gupta and Dr. CV Singh of Government Ayurvedic College, Patna gave their views on this occasion. In the conference, a demand was made to the central government to allow doctors with AYUSH systems of medicine to adopt modern treatment methods in emergency. Speakers said that 2 years ago advertisement was issued by Bihar Technical Service Commission for the appointment of AYUSH doctors on 3270 posts, but till date these posts have not been filled. Speakers also emphasized on bringing Ayurveda to every home. Said that the more Ayurveda is spread, the more people will be able to stay healthy. Dr. Arvind Chaurasia and Dr. Raman Ranjan conducted the stage.
