Latest Updated On 19/09/2022: Yogendra Khanduri, former chairman of the Commission for Protection of Child Rights, suggested the recruitment of Assistant Professor through written examination.
In this regard, he has sent a letter to the Chairman of the Public Service Commission, Rakesh Kumar. Khanduri said that the process of selection on the basis of academic record is not proper. Selected candidates prepared merit on the basis of written test should be called for interview.

Khanduri said that the written test should have objective and descriptive questions
The objective of the examination should be to test the subject knowledge, general knowledge, research aptitude and ability and discretion to use that knowledge in teaching. He suggested this.
