Latest Updated On 12/09/2022: Placement coordinators, including directors and assistant professors, will be appointed on contract in Ranchi University's Institute of Legal Studies (ILS), Institute of Management Studies (IMS) and School of Mass Communication. For this, walk-in-interview will be organized by the university on September 13-14.
Appointment will be done on contract basis for 11 months
Interview for these appointments to be held on contract of 11 months will be held at the Institute of Legal Studies (ILS) on the said date at 11.00 am. The eligibility for the post of Director of Institute of Legal Studies is prescribed as per the norms of Bar Council of India/Ranchi University. Retired candidates can also participate. For the post of Director of Institute of Management Studies Associate Professor (also retired) and having administrative experience of minimum 5 years can appear for interview. Associate Professor with minimum 5 years administrative experience will be eligible for the post of Director of School Mass Communication.

Six boards have been constituted under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Dr. Ajit Kumar Sinha for interviews on behalf of the university. These include subject matter experts as well as external experts. There will also be an interview for Assistant Professor Law, Assistant Professor Management Studies and Coordinator Placement Cell Ranchi University on contract basis.
