Latest Updated On 27/09/2022: The Education Department has notified the necessary guidelines regarding the employment manual of secondary-higher secondary teachers on Monday. According to this, if the already working secondary teachers are appointed higher secondary teachers in their own or other planning unit, only the benefit of salary protection will be payable in the benefit of continuity of service. This arrangement will be applicable only to those teachers who have obtained permission from their controlling officer before applying for the post of secondary to higher secondary teacher.
In the notification issued by Deputy Secretary Arshad Firoz, it has been said that till the last date of working on the former post, it will be mandatory to mark the service verification by the concerned planning unit in the service book of the concerned teacher.

In case of appointment in other and planning unit, it will be necessary to copy-sign the service book by the District Education Officer. NOC from the previous planning unit will have to be presented in the new planning unit. The certificate of the last salary received on the previous post of the concerned teacher will be issued by the District Program Officer Establishment, on the basis of which the DPO of the concerned district will fix the salary of the appointed teacher as per the establishment rules.
