Latest Updated On 16/09/2022: Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission has canceled the recruitment process of 12 departments except police recruitment. This step has been taken after the said post was transferred to the Public Service Commission.
Subordinate Services Selection Commission on Thursday, Revenue Sub Inspector-Accountant, Forest Guard, Captive Guard, Environment Supervisor, Laboratory Assistant Cartographer-Surveyor, Under Engineer, Investigator cum Computer, Sub Inspector Police, Fodder Assistant-Assistant Agriculture Officer, Cooperative Supervisor, Sugarcane The recruitment of Milk Supervisor, Assistant Accountant-Auditor posts has been cancelled. It consists of about four thousand posts. With this, the applications for these posts have also been canceled. Secretary of the commission SS Rawat said that now the Public Service Commission will apply afresh for these posts.

The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination of the candidates who have also passed the physical examination of the police constable. Those who qualify the physical exam need not worry in any way

The commission has not yet taken any decision on the recruitment of Graduate Level (VPDO) as well as Secretariat Security, Chief Constable Telecom, Daroga Rankers. The written examination has been conducted for all these recruitments. Secretary of the commission SS Rawat said that the decision on the disputed recruitments will be taken only on the basis of police investigation. Whereas, clear guidelines are awaited from the government on the recruitment of Inspector.
