Latest Updated On 25/08/2022: Hearing on petitions challenging the revised appointment rules of Jharkhand State Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) began on Tuesday. After hearing for nearly two hours, the court fixed August 31 as the next date of hearing.
Senior advocate Ajit Kumar, appearing for the applicants, told the court that due to the conditions imposed in the revised appointment rules of the state government, such candidates are not able to apply, who, despite being a resident of Jharkhand, passed 10-12th from another state.
