Latest Updated On 27/08/2022: In the recruitment scam of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, the Kendrapal of Dhampur got caught by the STF and became a millionaire from tempo driver by joining the gang of copying. He joined the gang 11 years ago.
On Friday, the STF's interrogation revealed that he is also a partner in the resort of District Panchayat member Hakam Singh Rawat. STF SSP Ajay Singh said that during interrogation of Kendrapal son Bhim Singh resident Teacher Colony Dhampur Bijnor UP, it was found that in the year 1996, he used to drive tempo. After this he worked for a few years in a readymade garments shop, then started supplying it too. Later he joined the copying gang.
12 bighas of land, luxurious houses in Dhampur
According to Uttarakhand STF, during interrogation it was revealed that the accused Kendrapal acquired property worth crores by leaking the paper. He took about twelve bighas of land in Dhampur, after that built a luxurious house in Dhampur itself. It also has a partnership in Hakam's Sankri resort. The STF is also probing the remaining properties of the accused. According to the STF, the center has given the name of the source of the paper. There will be more arrests soon.
Hakam's partner arrested from Bijnor in recruitment scam
Dehradun, Office Correspondent. The STF also arrested Hakam Singh Rawat's partner Kendrapal in the recruitment scam of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission. He had gone to Bijnor jail two days ago after breaking bail in a case. As soon as he came out of jail on bail on Friday, the STF caught him. He has been brought to Doon.
STF SSP Ajay Singh said that the Kendrapal has a close relationship with District Panchayat members Hakam Singh, Chandan Manral, Jagdish Goswami and Lalit. It was the Kendrapal who used to arrange for paper leaks from various contacts. The Kendrapal was questioned for several hours. He has been instrumental in setting up a copying center in Dhampur. The Kendrapal had sent many people to Hakam Singh to get them passed in the recruitment examination.
According to sources, the STF itself made a plan to get the bail of the Kendrapal. Because, when the accused was being searched, he broke the bail and went to jail. The name of an officer came in this case. STF wanted to arrest him somehow. But, he was in jail.

Arrests have been made from every district except Pauri, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh.
UKSSSC Recruitment Exam Scam: Trap of copying mafia spread in nine districts of Uttarakhand
In the investigation of the recruitment scam of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission so far, the trap of copying mafia has come to the fore in nine districts of the state. Barring Pauri, Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh districts of Uttarakhand, one arrest has been made from all the other districts. Of the 23 accused arrested so far, nine are government employees.
This episode is going to prove to be unique in many ways for STF. So far, the names of nine out of 13 districts of the state have been revealed in this matter. Out of these districts, maximum 6 accused have come from US Nagar. Four arrests have also been made from Uttarkashi, which came into the limelight due to Hakam Singh Rawat. After this, three arrests were made from Nainital, while one each from Tehri, Champawat, Almora, Haridwar and Bageshwar including Dehradun has been arrested. Apart from this, four arrests have been made from Uttar Pradesh. In this, two arrests have been made from Lucknow's Printing Press, one each from Shamli and Dhampur.
Teachers, JEs, clerks, leaders all involved are nine accused government employees arrested in Uttarakhand. They have two teachers. Additional private secretaries in two secretariats, clerks in three different lower courts and a police constable and a JE of UP Jal Sansthan are also included. A day ago, a retired officer from Pantnagar University has also been arrested. Along with this, crusher operator as Chandan Singh Manral, Zilla Panchayat member as Hakam Singh, resort owner and Ankit Ramola as dumper owner have also been arrested. Apart from this, two employees of Upanal and a former employee of PRD have also been arrested. According to the STF, at least 12 more arrests are likely. However, the number of accused in this case can go up to hundred.
