Fear of paper leak in commission's examination in Uttarakhand
The commission has filed a case on the apprehension of rigging in the graduation level recruitment examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission in December last year. The commission suspects the paper leak in the exam. After the registration of the case, DGP Ashok Kumar handed over the investigation of the case to the STF.
The Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission had conducted the graduate level recruitment exam on 4-5 December. This was the biggest examination of the commission for 854 posts. In this, 13 categories of posts of different departments are to be filled.

Recruitment is to be done in these departments: Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Hostel Superintendent, Assistant Review Officer of State Election Commission, Assistant Consolidation Officer in Revenue Department, Scrutinizer in Information Department, Guardian cum Data Entry Operator, Supervisor of Women Empowerment and Child Development, Tribal Matern cum Hostel Incharge of Welfare Department, Assistant Receptionist in Tourism Development Department, Assistant Manager Industries, Gram Panchayat Development Officer.
Complaint to CM: Some unemployed raised the issue of rigging in the examination and complained about the CM case. After this the commission has filed this suit. Raipur police station chief Manmohan Negi told that the commission secretary Rajan Naithani gave a complaint. He said that some screen shots and messages related to the questions of the examination have been received. Through these questions have been raised about the leak of the exam paper.
Preparation for the release of result: This examination had recently reached the final round. The department was preparing to release the result. In the meantime, this matter may hang due to the controversy surrounding the examination.
STF will soon interrogate the suspects
The investigation of the case has been given to STF. SSP STF Ajay Singh said that after investigating the technical facts, the secrets of the disturbances would be explored. The information about the 17 suspicious youths who are being told in the examination is also already with the STF. STF can start inquiry in this soon.
STF had expressed the possibility of disturbances
The commission got the WhatsApp chats issued in this case and the numbers related to it investigated by the STF in the past. During this their location etc. were checked. During this, the STF had sent a report and expressed the apprehension of malpractices in the examination.
17 suspected candidates were investigated
In the initial investigation, 17 youths have come to the fore. The results of the examinations given earlier are also being checked by them. There is a possibility that during the examination they used mobile or similar devices, due to which the examination was rigged.
