Latest Updated On 29/06/2022: After the Supreme Court recently expressed concern over the vacant medical seats, the government is preparing to develop a new mechanism for this. The Union Health Ministry (UHM) with the help of the National Medical Commission (NMC) will put in place such a process from the next session which will restricted the opportunity of seats remaining vacant till the last date of admission.
