This program is part of the Saat Nischay Yojana Part II of the Government of Bihar. IIT Patna is supporting the Bihar government in this project. In these polytechnic colleges, 11 colleges are to be developed as hubs and 33 colleges as spokes. In this direction, the IIT Director interacted with the principals and inquired about the infrastructure available in the Polytechnic College campus. Sanjeev Kumar, Director, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, was present as a special guest in the meeting organized at IIT Patna.
