Colleges sent proposal to the university, there will be 30 seats in each subject
PG studies in different subjects will start soon in 18 colleges affiliated to Patliputra University. On the instructions of the university, 18 colleges have applied for starting PG courses.
The university has earmarked 30 seats for each subject. The six-member committee of the university is considering the proposal of colleges. Now the final approval will be given to the proposal from the Academic Council. After this, studies in PG subjects will start in these colleges. The committee has fixed the seats according to the permanent posts of teachers fixed in the colleges. The convener of this committee is the Dean of the University, Prof. AK is a snake. Apart from this, the heads of different faculties have been kept as members. Vice Chancellor Prof. RK Singh told that the number of seats in PG is less. Because of this, all the colleges had expressed their intention to start PG courses. Decisions will be taken in the Academic Council meeting to consider the proposal.
